Account and responsibility
You must provide accurate information, protect your account and credentials, and take responsibility for activity through your account. You must have the legal capacity required to use the service where you live.
Lawful fishing
You are responsible for learning and following licensing, permission, closed-season, species, size, quota, equipment, private-property, and protected-area rules. A map location does not mean fishing is legally permitted there.
User content
You retain your rights in uploaded content. You grant Wavuna only the limited, worldwide license needed during the service relationship to operate, display, distribute, secure, and moderate the service. You may not upload content that infringes another person's rights.
Location and privacy choices
Choose EXACT, APPROXIMATE, or CITY only after understanding its effect. You may not reveal another angler's private location, personal data, or undisclosed fishing spot without permission.
Community
Community is a connected Discourse space accessed through Wavuna OIDC. Community content is also subject to the Community Guidelines and applicable Discourse operations.
Information only
GPS, water proximity, weather, and fishing conditions are informational. Wavuna does not guarantee fish presence, fishing success, weather or GPS accuracy, or legal permission to fish at any location.
Prohibited use and moderation
Harassment, threats, hate, spam, scams, impersonation, doxxing, illegal content or fishing, glorification of animal cruelty, bypassing security controls, and service abuse are prohibited. Wavuna may remove content, limit visibility, or suspend accounts.
Service and intellectual property
The Wavuna brand, software, and original design belong to their respective rights holders. The service may change, be interrupted, or end; uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
Reports, termination, and deletion
Report content through the in-product reporting tools. You can delete your account in Settings; deletion is irreversible, an active live session must end first, and Community posts may remain under an anonymous identity.
